Instructions to print as a booklet

These instructions revolve around Adobe Acrobat

• Step 1
  • (Optional) Download Adobe Acrobat
• Step 2
  • Click the “Download” button
• Step 3
  • Find the “Playbill Final 4” in your files, downloads
• Step 4
  • Double click, then click “Open with” and choose “Adobe Acrobat”
• Step 5
  • Click Ctrl+P or Files –> Print
• Step 6
  • Make sure you have a printer installed on your computer unless it will not work
• Step 7
  • In the print section, under “Page Sizing & Handling” click “Booklet”
• Step 8
  • In the print, under “Booklet subset” choose “Both sides”
• Step 9
  • In the preview make sure that this is what the pages look like
    • Left Size Right Size
    • 8 1
    • 2 7
    • 6 3
    • 4 5
• Step 10
  • Click print 
  • You will now have 2 pages of paper
• Step 11
  • You will now have Fold page 1 (cover page) and 8 (back cover) in way where pages 2 and 7 go inside of the fold 
• Step 12
  • Then fold page 3 and 6 in a way where pages 4 and 5 are folded inwards
• Step 13
  • Put the two folds together so that they follow numerically page 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
  • It will look like a booklet
